These terms govern your use of our website or the services and software we include as part of the Services, including applications, user files (as defined below), scripts, instruction sets and any related documentation (collectively "Software"). By using the Services or Software, you agree to these terms. By using our Services, you may upload or otherwise provide files and information and process such files and information ("User Files" if originally provided by you or processed using our Services) to us.
1. How this Agreement works
1.1 Choice of Law
Your relationship is with ConvertiblePDF, a Brand of ClubJumpy Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of United Kingdom, with its registered offices at 20-22 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU London, United Kingdom.
The Services and Software are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
1.2 Privacy Policy
The Data Processing Agreement governs all personal data you provide to us. By using the Services or the Software, you agree to its terms.
1.3 Application Usage Data
As you use the Services, you share information about how you use our application. This shared information is associated with your account, allows us to provide a more personalised experience, and helps us improve product quality and features.
1.4 Modification
We may modify, update or discontinue the Services, Software (including any part or feature thereof) at any time without liability to you or anyone else. If we discontinue a Service in its entirety, then we will provide you with a pro-rata refund for any unused fees for that Service that you may have already purchased.
2. Use of the Service
2.1 Licence
Subject to compliance with these terms and the law, you may access and use the Services.
2.2 Intellectual Property
We (and our licensors) remain the sole owners of all right, title and interest in the Services and Software. We reserve all rights not granted in these terms. In particular, you may not resell any of our products, Software and/or Services.
3. Your Content
3.1 Ownership
You retain all rights and ownership of your content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.
3.2 Our access
We will only access, view or listen to your content in limited ways. For example, in order to perform the Services, we may need to access, view or listen to your content to (a) respond to support requests; (b) detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security, illegal or technical issues; (c) improve our Services; and (d) enforce these terms.
4. Account Information
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not (a) share your account information (except with an authorised account administrator) or (b) use another person's account. Your account administrator may use your account information to manage your use of and access to the Services.
5. User Conduct
5.1 Responsible Use
You must use the Services responsibly. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the Services. If you are located in the European Economic Area or any country with similar regulations, you may only use the Services if you are over the age where you can provide consent to the processing of personal data under the laws of your country or if verifiable parental consent for the use of our Services has been provided to us. If you are a parent and you learn that your child is using our Services and you do not want your child to do so, please contact us.
5.2 Misuse
You must not misuse the Services, Software or content that we provide to you as part of the Services or Software. For example, you must not
(a) copy, modify, host, transmit, sublicense or resell the Services, Software or content;
(b) allow or permit others to use the Services, Software or content using your account information;
(c) use the content or Software included in the Services to build any type of database
(d) access or attempt to access the Services by any means other than through the interface provided or authorised by us
(e) circumvent any access or use restrictions put in place to prevent certain uses of the Services;
(f) share content or engage in conduct that violates anyone's intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights" means copyrights, moral rights, trademarks, trade dress, patents, trade secrets, unfair competition, right of privacy, right of publicity, and any other proprietary rights)
(g) attempt to disable, impair or destroy the Services, software or hardware;
(h) engage in chain letters, junk mail, pyramid schemes, spamming or other unsolicited messages;
(i) place advertisements for any products or services on the Services, except with our prior written approval
(l) use data mining or similar data gathering and extraction methods in connection with the Services;
(m) violate applicable law;
or
(n) encrypt or secure files in countries where this is prohibited.
6. Fees and Payments
6.1 Fees, third party fees and taxes
Our fees and charges are subject to change. If we change our fees and prices, we will inform you of the new fees and prices one month in advance on the website mentioned or by contacting you by e-mail. If you do not want to accept the new rates and prices, you can terminate the Services/this Agreement within this month on your account page or by contacting us by email or in writing. If you purchase any of our Services for a fee, you agree to pay us the applicable fees, any applicable taxes, and any applicable third party fees (including, for example, telephone toll charges, mobile operator fees, ISP fees, data plan fees, credit card fees, foreign exchange fees, foreign transaction fees). We are not responsible for these third-party fees that you have engaged. Contact your financial institution if you have questions about fees. We can take steps to collect the commissions you owe us. You are responsible for all related costs and collection fees.
6.2 Credit card information
If you do not notify us of updates to your payment method, to avoid interruption of your service, we may participate in programs supported by your card provider to attempt to update your payment information, and you authorise us to continue billing your account with the updated information we obtain.
6.3 Billing
We will automatically bill your plan membership fee, price and selected payment method until your subscription is cancelled or terminated. If you do not terminate your subscription, it will automatically renew.
You and ConvertiblePDF may cancel or terminate your subscription at any time. Any cancellation will take place from the next billing period, i.e. any cancellation will only cancel future invoices. We do not provide refunds, except where required by mandatory law or where otherwise explicitly communicated to the user. All fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you will be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties.
7. Warranty exclusions
7.1 Services and Software warranties
The Services and Software are provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim and exclude any express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no representations about the content within the Services. We further disclaim and exclude any warranty that (a) the Services or Software will meet your requirements or will be continuously available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services or Software will be effective, accurate, or reliable; (c) the quality of the Services or Software will meet your expectations; or (d) any errors or defects in the Services or Software will be corrected.
7.2 Services and Software Liability
We specifically disclaim any liability for any actions resulting from your use of any Services or Software. You may use and access the Services or Software at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from your use and access of any Services or Software.
7.3 Electronic Signature
ConvertiblePDF does not warrant that an electronic signature is legally binding in the country of the user or under the laws of the country governing the legal transaction that is the purpose of the signing process.
7.4 File storage
Our storage functionality is available on a multi-platform basis. We cannot promise that stored files will always appear or be accessible to you. You should always have a copy of your document saved on your device. We are not responsible for lost documents and cannot be held liable for any loss.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination of your account does not relieve you of the obligation to pay any outstanding fees. If you do not wish to accept the new fees and prices, you may terminate the Services/this Agreement as set out in section 6.1 above.
8.2 Termination by us
ConvertiblePDF may terminate the Service/this Agreement at any time. If we terminate these terms for reasons other than cause, then we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at least 30 days prior to termination via the email address you have provided us with instructions on how to retrieve the content. We may, at any time, terminate your right to use and access the Services or Software if:
(a) you breach any provision of these terms (or act in a way that clearly shows that you do not intend or are unable to comply with these terms);
(b) you fail to make timely payment of fees for the Software or Services, if any;
(c) we are required to do so by law (for example, if the provision of the Services or Software to you is, or becomes, unlawful);
(d) we decide to discontinue the Services or Software, in whole or in part, (for example, if it becomes impractical for us to continue to offer the Services in your region due to a change in the law);
or
(e) there has been an extended period of inactivity in your free account.
9. Modification
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service or Software in order to, for example, reflect changes in the law or changes to our Services or Software. You should consult the terms regularly. We will post a notice of changes to these terms on this page. We will post a notice of additional modified terms in the applicable Service or Software. By continuing to use or access the Services or Software after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10.1 English Version
The English version of these terms will be the version used to interpret or construe these terms.
10.2 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and the Software and supersede any prior agreements between you and us relating to the Services.
